Wyatt has spent most of his life as a resident of the Muskoka & Almaguin Highlands areas and is a seasoned real estate professional. Wyatt recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and he strives everyday to meet and exceed their expectations. Known for his calm and easy going demeanor, he exudes honesty, integrity and works hard to develop lasting relationships. Wyatt started his real estate career in 2008 after years in the Construction and Log Home industry and has been a humble, leading top producer since. Wyatt has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all facets of real estate including residential, waterfront, commercial and vacant land. His determination and commitment to his profession is evident in his unrelenting work ethic. Outside of real estate, Wyatt takes pride in giving back to the community and spending time with his wife, two kids, pets and amazing extended family and friends. Always keeping busy you will find him out fishing, at a concert, embarrassing himself on a golf course or belting out a song while playing guitar or harmonica.

Michelle has been navigating the Muskoka Real Estate market since 2013. Muskoka has been a part of her life since birth as a cottager and in 2008, she made the full-time move to the area with her family, solidifying her connection to the community. Muskoka is truly home to Michelle and she couldn’t imagine living anywhere else (although the idea of a beachfront villa in Italy is still up for debate). After honing her skills behind the scenes in real estate office management, Michelle made the leap to the frontlines, joining forces with the Wyatt Williamson Real Estate Group focussing on residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties. Prior to working in real estate Michelle planned and executed luxury weddings and events, with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach. These skills have carried over and help Michelle daily in maintaining her successful real estate business. She has genuine compassion for clients and loves to help them navigate high-pressure situations. The authentic connection with her clients has created many long-term relationships that are a point of pride for Michelle. When she’s not working magic in real estate, you’ll find her indulging in all the things that make life sweet. Whether it’s getting competitive in a game of euchre, attempting (and mostly enjoying) a round of golf, strength training, and binge-watching a series or cheering on her favorite Formula 1 drivers, Michelle knows how to balance life and enjoy her downtime. Michelle takes an active role in supporting the local community and is intimately involved with the Food4Kids Muskoka charity as Board Chair that helps local families that face food instability at home. But above all, her family and friends are of the greatest importance and especially her two daughters.

Grace has been part of the Muskoka community from an early age. Moving from Milton to Huntsville in 2012 she has a true appreciation for Muskoka and couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home. Joining the Wyatt Williamson Real Estate Group in 2021 as a Unlicensed Assistant, Grace quickly fell in love with the business and eagerly began her journey to obtaining her licence without hesitation. Now as a licensed Realtor®, Grace is a young and ambitious professional who constantly sets goals that challenge her to grow and evolve in her career. Known for her approachable demeanour and unwavering reliability, Grace brings a strong enthusiasm and dedication to her work. She is a jack of all trades when it comes to Real Estate, specialising in residential buying and selling, administration, and also managing the staging department to ensure homes look their absolute best. Her meticulous organizational abilities allow her to streamline processes, making the buying or selling process for her clients. Her commitment to her clients shines through in every transaction, as she navigates the changing markets with professionalism and genuine care. Outside of Real Estate, you will find Grace smothering her pups Milo and Moe, travelling with her boyfriend Josh, or relaxing by the lake. Whether she’s working hard for her clients or enjoying life’s simple pleasures, Grace strives to create positive experiences and continually seeks new opportunities for growth and development.
Ava Williamson
Unlicensed Assistant
Growing up with a father who is a Realtor set a great example of the strong work ethic and determination needed to be successful in the business, and Ava is ready to follow in her Dads footsteps. Ava was born and raised in Muskoka making for great knowledge and appreciation for the region. Her interest in real estate sparked when she realized her creativity, attention to detail, love for interior design, photography and marketing could be used well in the industry. She worked part-time summers with her dad and team, as well as doing 2 co-ops in highschool to gain experience and valuable knowledge at a young age. Observing how the intriguing and fast paced world of real estate operated, she knew it was a field of work she would want to pursue. From her calm and warm demeanour to her humorous personality, she is pleasant and can effortlessly connect with people. Aside from beginning her career in real estate, Ava enjoys relaxing by Mary Lake, reading, staying active and spending quality time with friends and family.
