Wyatt has spent most of his life as a resident of the Muskoka & Almaguin Highlands areas and is a seasoned real estate professional. Wyatt recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and he strives everyday to meet and exceed their expectations. Known for his calm and easy going demeanor, he exudes honesty, integrity and works hard to develop lasting relationships. Wyatt started his real estate career in 2008 after years in the Construction and Log Home industry and has been a humble, leading top producer since. Wyatt has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all facets of real estate including residential, waterfront, commercial and vacant land. His determination and commitment to his profession is evident in his unrelenting work ethic. Outside of real estate, Wyatt takes pride in giving back to the community and spending time with his wife, two kids, pets and amazing extended family and friends. Always keeping busy you will find him out fishing, exploring on a snowmobile or ATV, embarrassing himself on a golf course, belting out a song while playing guitar or harmonica and managing his own Real Estate investments.

Michelle has worked in the Muskoka Real Estate market since 2015. Michelle and her family made the move to Muskoka in 2008 after being a cottager since birth. Muskoka is truly home to Michelle and she couldn’t imagine raising her family or living anywhere else. After several years working behind the scenes in real estate office management, she has made the leap to the selling side of real estate. Working alongside and assisting Wyatt Williamson, her focus is specializing in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties. In her previous life Michelle organized and detailed high-end luxury weddings, with this background she brings to the table next level organization skills, attention to detail, compassion, and the importance of connecting with her clients. In her spare time you will find her taxiing her teenagers all around town, relaxing at home with her husband, their dog Riley and dog-like cat Billie, spending time at the lake or having great laughs with friends.

Grace has been passionate about real estate since her earliest memories growing up in Muskoka. Grace has always known that she wanted to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate right out of high school. She is young and ambitious with goals that challenge her to be the best version of herself. Joining Wyatt Williamson’s team has allowed her to focus on this new career path with the support and guidance of a strong team. Currently assisting the team in an administrative role she is working diligently to obtain her Real Estate licence to strengthen the team even more. Not only is Grace keen, she is both personable and reliable. Never one to shy away from a challenge, her unwavering determination and tenacious personality will without a doubt lead her down a very successful path in real estate. When her focus isn’t on real estate you will find her smothering her pooch Milo with love and affection, spending time and travelling with her boyfriend Josh, and simply being with her family and friends.
